FOR PRODUCT TEAMS

Stop filing tickets. Start shipping decisions.

Klaritics gives product managers, growth teams, and founders self-serve analytics - without breaking the data team's roadmap, without locking your data into a vendor cloud, and without a renewal email that doubles every year.

You probably know this Tuesday.

Activation rate dropped 4 points last week. You don't know if it's the onboarding change you shipped Wednesday, the pricing test running on a 50/50, the holiday traffic mix, or all three. The Mixpanel funnel is showing one number. The dbt model is showing another. The dashboard your CEO checks every Monday is showing a third.

You file a ticket with the data team. They tell you it's a tracking-plan inconsistency from a deploy two weeks ago. They'll get to it after the financial close.

Three days pass. By the time you have an answer, the question has moved.

Monday - 9:14am

You spot a 4-point drop in onboarding completion in the morning standup. By 9:32, you've built a funnel in Klaritics segmented by traffic source, country, and the cohort affected by Wednesday's deploy. By 9:48, you've narrowed it to a single browser-version regression on iOS Safari and pinged the right engineer with the exact cohort. The data team didn't get pulled in. Nobody filed a ticket.

Wednesday - 2:00pm

Your retention dashboard for the new pricing experiment refreshes hourly. You realize that paid-social-acquired users convert 2x organic on day 7 - but they churn 3x as fast by day 30. You build a saved cohort, share the dashboard URL in #growth-leadership, and use it as your slide in the Friday review. Same numbers, same source, no spreadsheet copy-paste.

Friday - 4:45pm

You set a threshold alert on activation rate to ping you in Slack if it drops below 38%. You close your laptop. The alert never fires this weekend, but if it does, you'll know immediately - not Monday morning during standup.

You file an analytics ticket. The data team gets to it next sprint.

You build the funnel yourself in 4 minutes. SQL is there if you need it; you usually don't.

Your numbers don't match the data team's numbers. Both of you are right.

You both query the same warehouse table. Numbers match because they're the same numbers.

Your Mixpanel bill doubled at renewal because you crossed an MTU threshold.

Klaritics is licensed per deployment. Forecast costs the same way you forecast warehouse compute.

Your tracking plan is a Notion doc nobody updates. New events show up in dashboards uncategorized.

Klaritics auto-introspects your warehouse schema. New events appear in the UI the moment they hit the table.

What Klaritics doesn't do for product teams (yet).

This is the part most solution pages skip. We're not going to.

No bundled experimentation. If you need an A/B testing platform, we recommend Statsig, Eppo, or GrowthBook - all of them work cleanly alongside Klaritics, and Statsig in particular has a warehouse-native model very similar to ours. We don't ship our own experiment tool because the good ones already exist.

No bundled feature flags. LaunchDarkly, Statsig, and Unleash are great. We don't compete with them.

No session replay. FullStory and PostHog do this well. We focus on event analytics; replay is a different problem.

No mobile-app push or in-product messaging. Braze, Customer.io, and OneSignal handle these. Klaritics is the analytics layer; activation tools live next to us, fed by the same warehouse data.

A bigger learning curve than Mixpanel for non-technical users. Mixpanel's UI is genuinely easier to pick up for someone who's never seen a funnel before. We're closing that gap, but if your bar is "every PM in our org can build a funnel in 30 minutes on day one," Mixpanel still wins on that specific test.

If any of those gaps are deal-breakers for your team, that's a fair reason to use a different tool. We'd rather you know now.

No tracking-plan rebuild. No SDK migration. No new vendor on your security review.

If your event data already lands in Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Postgres, or ClickHouse, Klaritics is querying it within an hour. If you're sending events through Segment, Rudderstack, or Snowplow today, those pipelines stay exactly as they are.

Everything to the left of Klaritics is what you have today. Everything to the right is the dashboards and decisions you'll ship faster.

Stop moving data. Start analyzing it.

Connect your warehouse in 8 minutes. See your first funnel in under an hour.

Build your first funnel in 20 minutes.

Deploy the free Community Edition, point it at your warehouse, and have a working funnel before your next standup. If you'd rather see it run on real data first, book a 20-minute walkthrough - a real engineer (not an SDR) will connect Klaritics to a sample warehouse and show you funnels, retention, and cohorts on actual data.
